In this episode of Majestic Wisdom Podcast Heather co-creates with Nadine Araksi who, among many other things, is a storytelling coach, writer, and co-founder of Kickstartology (an online coaching program that helps women transform their lives).
Sharing from her own experience, Nadine walks us through her approach to the stories we all carry: what they are, where they come from, how to examine them, accept them, or rewrite them, and why this is important to everyday life. We also talk about what’s in a name, and Nadine’s powerful journey of the stories she has stepped into with each surname she has held. As an Armenian in Canada, Nadine also shares in a story of genocide and recalls personal ancestral lore that has helped shape her and her healing path.
